When it comes to sleep or even when it comes to getting sleep, everyone wants it their way. Right? Some like big fans with cool or hot air, with smaller fans, mini fans, or no fans at all. Some people love silence, others love falling asleep with some music in the background, classical at that. Not to forget, there’s this newly common trend of having some sort of electronic devotion before clocking out for the day. By that I mean a connection between the human heart and a technological device.
I don’t know about you, but when I find myself in front of a screen for a long period of time, either quickly checking Facebook, emails, or even my virtual notes in preparation for the next business day, my eyes and my mind begin to ache. With all of this screen time just over two to three hours before bedtime, something had to change. I never thought that would be the case, but with what I do for work, I’m in front of a screen almost ALL the time so it just made sense investing into something that had outstanding reviews.
You will NOT be disappointed in what I’ve found to work the best for my screen time concentration and my overall focus on overcast days. You know, the days where you need to squint but there’s no sun to be seen? Yeah, what I’ve found to help me with my screen time focus has also helped for those days. Check it out! I’m so glad I did.
